
Ingredients
2 oz. Fresh Blood Orange or Fresh Orange Juice (Roughly 1 Medium Sized Orange)
1 1/2 oz. Cognac
1/2 oz. Blood Orange Liqueur
1/3 - 1/2 oz. Simple Syrup (Depending on type & sweetness of the Orange juice used)
0.125 ml Bar Aid Orange Bitters
(Optional) Orange wedge for garnish
Preparation
Step 1
Cut roughly 1 Medium sized Orange of your choosing into halves or quarters (depending on size).
Step 2
Using an orange juicer, squeeze 2 oz. of juice from cut pieces of the Orange of your choosing.
Step 3
Add your freshly squeezed juice, cognac, liqueur, simple syrup & bitters to an iced cocktail shaker.
Step 4
Shake well to combine & chill.
Step 5
Strain into Coupe glass.
Note: Cocktail is easy to get out of balance depending on sweetness level & type of juice used. Adjust to taste as needed.
